Advanced acrylics open or closed ?

Hello Peeps.
my buddy ordered a custom frag tank from them a few months ago. He’s been getting the run around. He’s getting paranoid now. Does anyone know if the are open or closed. He’s up in San Francisco. I’m trying to save a drive over there. Lazy me. Lol. Anyways. When he text John he gets an answer. But no frag tank. Any information would be great. Thanks. Will.
