I stopped by here for my first time 2-weeks ago. They do claim to freshwater dip all of their new arrival fish and then keep them in QT before putting them out to sell. I think this is good practice. They had a good selections of both fish and coral sps and lps. I ended up purchasing a pink aquacultured pocillopora mini colony for a decent price.

they are starting to keep much nicer corals and zoas, but now they only have a few deepwater japenese zoas an an awesome neon orange zoa colony.

It is my LFS of choice!

Picked up some of these... pic doesnt do justice as they really are neon orange.

also been looking at their japanese zoas, starting to color up... and they are less than 50 bucks.

they also got in some nice wrasses and some pairs as well. have multi colors, flashers, scotts fairy wrasse's and a few more like birds wrasses a pair of bullnose or bullheads as well.

That Elos display is where my pocillopora came out of... they sold it to me as a "stylophora" but thats ok... they can be tough to tell apart. Anyway, its a cool place and was worth my drive all the way from Corona.

Age of Aquariums

I recently bought two fish from Age Of Aquarium and have had great results. I bought a medium sized copperband and took a chance and put it right in the main display. This fish appears to be going strong after 8 weeks.

I put the blue tang in the qt for two weeks and introduced it into the main tank with no problems so far. I have yet to see their fish look unhealthy in all the visits I have made to this store.

Their fish selection is more quality than quantity and they are starting to get some pretty cool corals also.

I've been there a couple times (once when they just were starting the storefront) and once today. They are a great and everybody there is quite helpful. Give it a shot, you wont be disapointed. There is also a tank that has quite a few frags in it.

They are trying to get some Australian and Indonesian stuff, like multicolored lobos, green, purple and blue monticaps, and hopefully some cool encrusting corals like meteor showers and echinophylia

just another way that they take care of their customers... i transferred over only 10 bucks to my debit card to get water yesterday and the new lady on the register accidentally double charged me and i got over drafted... i went in and talked to the owner and he took care of the charges... just a great example of what a real lfs should be and this is what makes me go back to them time after time...

Ahhhhh don't be fooled. I do like Age of Aquarium but here is what happened the last time I went there. I was looking for a yellow head sleeper goby, I called them and they said they had a few big ones. I asked how much and he said $15.99 each. I said cool, I will come down and get one. So I made teh drive all the way out from the IE becaus I felt that they have healthy fish and I like how they quarantine and freshwater dip all their fish. When I got there they did indeed have 3 yellow head gobys and the price written below did say $15.99. After the owner of the store hovered over me for 20-minutes telling me about every fish he has in the store:thumpdown: I told him that I wanted the Goby. He told me that it is $20. I said, ther person I called over the phone said $15.99 and your price tag says $15.99 and I drove all the way out from Corona. He said, "sorry about that the $15.99 is for the smaller ones, I said fine let me see the smaller ones. Of course he did not have any so he stuck with the $20 even though it was tagged at $15.99 and I was quoted over the phone $15.99. However, I did still buy it after taking the time to drive all the way out there. This is not what a "real lfs should be." Although, I will probably still go back someday.:dontknow:
