Hey guys, I haven't been taking care of my tank due to college. So my tank had is crashing and aiptasia is taking over my tank!?!?! I tried Aiptasia X it kills them, but they grow all over in new spots. Now I have it basically all over every rock and they are big!!!! How do I get rid of them? I am trying to find nudibranches but no one is selling them? Any suggestions?:a20:

+1 peppermint shrimps, put in at least 3 of them, if you have acans and spot feed then remove shrimps after aiptasia is gone or your acans will be next!

Buy as many peppermints as u can afford. Even if it's a small tank, the more the better. Hold off on feeding for awhile. The peppermints will get hungry and they start munching on the aiptasia. If u feed a lot, they might not touch the aiptasia

When using the aiptasiaX you have to make sure you get it directly in the face ANDthen the rest of the arms that may or may not be showing.

But since you have em all over the tank now and if nudibranch aren't an option..
What ^they said with peppermints along with their advice.

Careful adding too many peppermint shrimp they can take a liking to other things in my experience when there isn't enough food available.
