I took out a small piece of LR from my tank and put it in the backyard, concrete, on Thursday afternoon. Today I fliped the rock over and found a Nerite and a Turbo snails under it. I was like WFT, I should have checked it, oh well. went back in the backyard after 30 min and see both snails moving. Picked'em up and put them in the tank. Nerite is as good as new, he is going about his business like nothing happened. Turbo is moving little bit but def. very stressed.
That's 3 days out in the cold and rain and both snails still survived, amazing.
