Aminos.....

Who supplements their feedings with aminos? Why and what brand do you like?

I use them and have noticed much happier fish and corals. It also seems to generate a good feeding response from my LPS (I add aminos 1 hr before feeding). Have been using WM since I like their products but would love some feedback on other brands used

i have used in the past warner marine ultimate aminos. it always got my corals open and ready for the goodness coming their way.

I have used Brightwell Aminos, which where ok but noticed better results with WM. I have been using Fauna Marin Ultamin S for the last 6 months and love it. The colors just pop but I am also using it alongside FM Ultra Bio and Bak as a LNS. the 3 compliment each other perfectly. I did use Ultramin S by itself for about 3 months and noticed good feeding responses from all my corals. For what its worth though, WM is as good and easier to find.

i use WM ultimate aminos as well, I use it mostly as a dip after fragging coral.

frag coral, dip in revive, rinse in water, dip for 20 mins in ultimate aminos. also dip corals that do not seem to be doing 100%. I saved 2 booger sized chalices this way

I used WM and Zeovit Aminos Acid as well. My corals love it.

I use reef pluse vitamin and amino acid plus twice a week or so. works great. I ust to have problems with a zoo colony i had, started usuing that stuff and they have been happy ever since.

Aminos! are awsome
help keep body mass in fish when suplimenting the food
promotes rebuilding of muscle tissue
why do Body Builders use it?
there are many other vit. you should also look into
VIt. C:
promotes healthy cell reproduction in damaged tissue
All the B vit.:
B6 B1 B12 so on
keep neurological systems function properly under stress
Help the fish from going into shock
they utalize the same nutrtion we do
garlic not just important to ward of parasitic infections
but to promote healthy heart functions
crazy as it sounds also omega 3's
antioxidents all benafical to marine life
it works try it and see

I also dose WM.
