They do a great job, but their customer service can be downright HORRIBLE at times. My experience would keep me from ever recommending them to someone else.

It's quite possible they've made an effort to offer better service. They make a good product, but it was well known in the past that their customer service could be downright terrible. My experience was pretty bad. Very poor communication, missed deadlines, unreturned calls and more

This is an interesting read. There's always two sides to a story but makes me think twice about ordering from him. I am new to the forum but have seen AA always mentioned in a good light.
John is awsome. Everything except my tank is from him. Which I regret not going to him. He is a cool awsome dude. Never had a bad experience with him. I would recommend him to everyone.
