Update. Just got back from my lil vacation and Cycle complete and purchased my first fish. A lawnmower Blenny and a Gold Blenny. The Gold blenny isn't not to happy with her new environment. Been in hide mode all night and the morning. But crossing my fingers shes a beautiful fish. Also got 10 lil hermit crabs to help out.
Also hooked up the salinity probe from APex. Is it normal for PPT to rise (32-34 in a night?) Also hooked up the water detector. Got a lot of programming left in the works.

Both great fish. Your gold will not openly swim much but will be out from time to time. Your salinity shouldn't change. I need to swing by and check out your system. Let's see some pics

It's normal for salinity to change like that if you don't have an ATO and the system is small.

Update.

Fixed the ATO. Keeping a steady salinity now throughout the week. Purchased 3 Anthias. 2 orange and 1 flat head. All seemed great. Well, one of the Orange Anthias must have done somethign but my gold Blenny did not like him. Was fine with the other, but they did not get along and ended up killing him. Gold Blenny is not a fish to mess with I guess. But as of now there all getting along. (who knows what happenes when Im not at home). Water perameters all seem well too. Amonia hasnt spiked neither has Nitrites. Nitrates jumped but understandable with the addition of fish. Now just Programming the Apex to get the most out of it.

Update. Everything has been going pretty smoothly. I have had 2 deaths so far both asthenias. one was due to a mean gold blenny, other wasn't eating. then of course my AFS (auto Feed System) was turned off for 4 days... OOPS!! Sense then, ive added 2 brittle starfish, anemone, some zoo's, and some other lil frags. Have had all these for about 2 weeks and no signs of not being happy. Then 2 days ago I added two blue tangs. Do and Ri my GF likes to call them I think they have only helped my tank. They have made all my other fish come out more often. Only negative thing ive noticed is green stringy algae. has bloomed for sure. Ive got starfish and hermit crabs working it as well as the tangs even take a nibble every so often. Also instead of 12 hours of light, there getting 10. Last thing is a general question. Ive noticed lil tiny white critters on my glass. tiny as in smaller than a fine point pen. But there's got to be thousands. Any idea? should I be doing something? thx for the help guys.
