I have, several times, no problems. I even talked to the guy on FB a few times, he is really nice. I know there was somebody very unhappy with the $300 bounce mushroom, but I don't buy $300/piece so I don't know. What I had a problem with was UPS. The shipping was postpone for about two weeks due snow storms, the owner had no problem holding corals for that long. So my corals came to Aliso Viejo no problems, they were on the truck for delivery at 7am, and then when I checked my tracking at 9am it was changed that they will be delivered one day later. I flipped out, contacted rare reef right away, he said don't worry it is insured and told me to tell ups costumer service that they will have to pay for it. So I called ups, and told them my package contains live animals and they are worth $700 (it was $300 for real) and by Friday they will be all dead and they will have to pay for it. And I even told them I work really close I can p/u myself, they told me NO. So what happened they sent my package on a wrong delivery truck. After I yelled at them and told them if those animals come dead to me my lawyer will be calling them next. The package came 30 min later. My lights will come on soon I post a pic of a lobo from them, it is the prettiest lobo I ever seen.

So not best pictures, the orange plate was only $20 and it is doing great, both scolys, one of them is sparkle blue. The red lobo is really red with green and blue spackles and it's about 5" long, the other lobo is green, blue and pink, about 7" long , love it. the acatho is green with sparkles really cool looking. I also bought a pack with flower nems and they were rather small but really pretty colors. I can't find anything local for those prices. I just wish they would use a little more water for shipping, if the corals get stuck somewhere during shipping that could be an issue.
