he wanted to get pegs... you know... so i don't mess up his sheets or bruise up his ankles all the time... but i ended up turning them into anklets and toe rings for him...

hey Gumbi, can you make small sizes for the rings? My wife in interested but her ring size is 4.5. If i gave you some coins would you be able to make rings out of them? She really likes the idea but would want rings of my daughters that say 2009 and 2007 from the coins

i've never made a ring that small... i think i can make a ring out of a silver dime... but let me see... i'm going to make some rings for my son, but i'm using proof silver quarters... i'll attach the picture of the coin i'm going to try to make into a small ring... now that i have tools to shrink the ring i'm going to give it a try...

i can get proof silver quarters in those dates... you can always make it into a necklace if it's too big... LOL...

i can make any coin into a ring as long as it isn't straight steel... i have some mexican bootleg coins, and man... i tried but it really kicked my arse...

How do you make rings out of coins?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
i already answered that...

and yeah... blow torch, hammer, pliers... that's how i make all this stuff... no hydraulic presses or fancy dies...
i've been doing them for about a year now...

check it out... here's that newfoundland ring on ebay... way i'm saying it's a sweet deal....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coin-Rings-...t=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item2a4e6a724e

they go for up to a bill online... the coin itself goes for 45 at the local coin shops... same for the bronze rings... i'm not making that much on them since i used queen victoria instead of the edward or newer coins...
