anyone try bubble magus c-9 before?

Looking into getting a bm c9. Rated 400 it says. Couldn't find much useful reviews. Anyone? I'm between this and the aquamaxx co3 knock off. Looks a little small to be rated 400.

I've tried bm 3.5 and 6 they are hard to dial but work good. I like reef octopus better

If your settled in a bubble Magnus, why not go with a BM220A....awesome skimmer, same body as ATB(BM bought the rights from ATB)it comes with a atman pump, but could be upgraded to an eheim1262. BM220cs comes with eheim1262. eBay selling it for $239.00. I ran that on my 150g awhile back. You won't be disappointed.

I had a Nac 6. I was always fiddling with it. Not sure if the Curves are any better.

Currently imm running an SWC Extreme 200 with a psk1000 and am pleased.

Was it an older model? What happened? I've own Bubble Magus and a few models of ASM. ASM is right above Jebo for me. Bubble Magus upgraded their quality with much better pumps in their 2 generation NAC series.

I got a brand new NAC 9 with your name on it Derek, give you a great cash discount too!! ;-)

In my experience the skimming capacity of the bubble magus just dosent come close to the skimming capacity as others the cone skimming concept just isint as efficient because you get a much better skim if there is a larger surface. But again this is just my experience.
