[MENTION=7568]jonmf[/MENTION] got it resolve, if not delete the apex flash on your computer and redownload the flash then reset your apex display then reinstall. i have the problem many time, that way resolve my problem.
Hey guys, yes and no. I spent an hour or so on the phone doing screen share tech support. They eventually told me I'd have to send it in for 'further diagnosis'. They offered me a $65 discount on a new main controller and I opted to get it. The system is back online now and after the craziness of xmas ill send in the old one to hopefully get it fixed and have a spare.
