How did you connect your Apex? Wifi or Hard wire?
Is it a new Apex you trying to connect for the first time?

are you hardwiring or using a wifi bridge?
I'm connected with wifi bridge and somehow it's not connected. I've tested the wifi extender with my laptop with wifi off and it connects through wifi extender but when I connect to Apex it says No Comm on the net setup.

I'm really frustrated with this unit and I've been sending emails to Neptune but, they're always busy and asked the same qeustion that has been asked before. They do not answer calls but ask to send email. One email a day from Neptune this is getting really suck!!

I'm also having issues with the calibrating Ph probs too. I followed exact steps to calibrate the Ph prob but no number is changing when I dip the prob into the solution. It just stays in same number no matter which solutions I put the prob in. WTF@!!!!

Have you tried searching the Neptune forum?
Can you hook up a wired connection to test? Bring the Apex next to your router if needed.

Setting up Apex for the first time is tricky. You need to hard wire it to your Router for the first time to set it up.
When it's connected to Fusion, follow these steps to get wifi going:

Turn Off wifi on your laptop, Hard wire your laptop to the extender, log into the extender page. (Address should be in your extender manual or back of it) Switch to static IP (This is only within your house and you don't need to buy a static IP from your ISP) (I used 192.168.0.50) and then change the mode of wifi extension to Off.
Then turn OFF the DCHP on APEX and assign APEX a static IP when is connected to the extender. (I used 192.168.0.51)
Reset the APEX Network and done.

older unit. I gotta call fm Apex today and he was able to set it up for me. Trust me, I did it all for what you guys posted on here and it didn't work. Apex rep didn't tell me exactly what he did to make the extender working but, something that they only can fix an issue like this. Well my other problem they can't tell why Ph prob isn't working with the PM1 modules. I'm using 2 x PM1 and both seems to be broken they said(both are new just got them from BRS) how ironic that both PM1's are defective.

They were going to send me an replacement for those 2 PM1's but, now they said that they want to do an another test with more experienced tech rep tomorrow. I don't care as long as it works either they replace it or fix it, just get this thing to work.
