Apex update screwed up my Programming

So I did the most recent update the other day, and realized I haven't heard my feeder go off in a couple days.
So I just went into fusion to make sure it was set properly and come to find out a lot of my settings and codes for my outlets are all messed up!!

Like this could have been catastrophic!!!!

First off here's what my so called feeder program looks like.

Here's what my heater programming is now

And here is my chiller programming...

Something got messed up badly and this could've turned out BAD!!!!!!

Any idea how this could've happened????

Now I also just noticed that any outlet that was "Advance" written code like this

Didn't get changed around...

I can't believe this could've happened!!

I am just realizing also that 2 days ago I found my feeder completely empty... And now looking at the code that was some how re written... Its set to turn my feeder on from 77.0-78.0 which means when my tank fell to 77 ot turned on and emptied the feeder completely!!!

And that my heater is set now to come on from 8:00am till 20:00 or until the temp is higher than 77.5

I just went through something similar. During a firmware update, things went bad. It wiped my controller and I couldn't connect to it anymore. After emailing tech support and doing the screen share support session, they wanted it sent in for diagnostics. I opted to buy another main control unit and then have the old one fixed. That way I'll have a spare.


I know the feeling!
