I'm setting my Apex up for the first time.

--I was able to get an account.
--Update the software.
--Link the controler to fusion.
--I completed the via hard line Ethernet connection.

Now I want to hook up my netgear router and the small netgear WNCE2001.

I'm not sure if the two netgear are connecting after pressing the WPS on both netgear products.

The web page that showed my Apex controler... when refreshed now does not come up where when the Ethernet Cable was hard wired it did.

Please advise on how to finish connecting via Wi-Fi.

It is more like a network problem than an Apex problem.....! Can you hook a computer, with the wifi turned off, to the WNCE2001 and be able to go to the internet?

My computer does not have WIFI... agree not a Apex issue. I think goober is on to something. Thank you

Make sure your ports are opened on your wireless settings to your router
I'm going for sure look into the ports like you mentioned. The green light on the little WNCE2001 is not green.
I'm going to check the router software .
Thank you.

Did you get it up and running?
Well I had to really work with the little WNCE connector, I unplugged the Ethernet to my computer, then plugged the WNCE 2001 into computer.
It didn't work right away, I had to really mess with it a lot---restart computer, several attempts with microsoft web browser IE, then it all of sudden the WNCE connected.
Then I was able to plug the WNCE into the apex and and have wireless connection.

Then I created a apex account...did some updating.
The radions worked a little bit but indicated missing.
I had tried to update the radions but they indicated they didn't need updating.
So I called Neptune and got lucky...Paul answered the phone and I told him where I was and he was really excited I could tell in his voice...he indicated he just got done creating a manual for updating WXM and what not.
He asked me do I have 30-40 min, I said sure...so he took control of my computer and updated all kinds of things including the radions.
I'm up and running.
It was a work out but I made it.:amen:
