I really like the Aqualight power center, by coralife. this power center has a dual day-night timers, alternating the 2-actinic lights, and 2-lunar lights. It also has a 3-day shift timer, and 1-constant power outlet, with multiple timer settings, and 24 hour mechanical timer, with 15 minute interval settings, Optional wave maker application also.
I use this power center so in the morning my actinics turn on, and then about 1 hour later, my day lights come on for 8 hours, and then my lunar(moon) lights go on for the night. so I don't have to worry about my corals getting enough light when I'm not home.
