Oh sh!t. I would go to petsmart or petco ASAP and get a 40br. Do you have tie down straps to help brace the front panel? That may give you some time to figure out a transfer. I would say not fixable. Unless the whole tank is drained, cleaned, and re-siliconed.

Red sea tank are notorious for seam failures especially the older ones. As a temporary fix you could attach a bar clamp to that corner (front to back) to keep compression on that seam and to prevent it from separating more. While you could theoretically "patch" that gap with silicone (I've done it before)in this case with RS bad reputation I would silicone glue an aluminum "L" angle to that whole seam top to bottom. It won't look pretty but that should take care of that seam. Question is how is the rest of the tank? The front bottom seam is also another common point of failure on these tanks so keep a very close eye on it. If that is starting to go you'll unfortunately need to take quick steps so you can avoid catastrophic failure. Good luck!

All the other seams look good. Guess I'll start looking for another tank...

Yeah I'd start thinking about a back up. Water is constantly pushing against the glass. A compromised seem will weaken the overall seem and cause it to fail. Never buy red sea.
