Might want to talk to Ali at Amazing Aquarium and Reefs.

he has a lot of connections in the industry, and I was just talking to him about a new tank

I have made a few wood stands, not making any right now, it is not that hard to do if you have simple tools. Any cabinet maker could make one for you.

I have a similiar sized tank and do wish I would have gone steel. My stand is still fine, but the accessibility of steel stands with panels is nice, and the cost is not that much more.

Panels — I went cheap on my frag tank: Home Depot melamine board, cut to size ($48) + Amazon vinyl strips ($12) + magnetic cabinet hinges ($12?) = $72 all in for a 60x30 stand (2 sides).

I think some people are ordering from alufab. They send you the precut 8020, and parts to assemble. I never used it myself, but saw online reefers we’re happy with it.

I would also hit up Ali at Amazing Aquariums. I think he knows the stand builders
