i found a bunch of asterina stars on two pieces of my monti that is rtn.. do these guys do some damage? i tried to take a picture of them but it wasnt coming out clear... they are almost green and some are grey...
I currently have asterina infesion as well. There were afew of them and then hundreds of them in couple of weeks. They eat all the coraline algae on the rocksand some of my zoas. I just bought a harlequin shrimp and the population is coming down.
i have a pair of harlequin and i just discovered these bad boys today when closely inspecting the rock .. found 20 of them on the rock with my monti that is rtn... hopefully the shrimp will take care of them
