I would say run all three Here is a picture of the fixture I built for my 400. 5 Kessil 360we, 16 48" T5HO, 14' of Reefbrite XHO strip, and some Profilux SIMU strips. All channels dimmable and controlled by on board Apex EB8 and VDM modules. The light has awesome color. Reefbrite come on from 0 to 40% first and last 2 hours of day and Kessils come on for main lighting with 2 T5 zones. It is very easy to play with color and par as my light is only 8" off the water.
I was going to bore 2 4" holes in a 8 bulb ATI 36" for my 90 and strip out the center 2 bulbs for a couple Kessils, but found a great deal on ATI Hybrid so shelved that project. I think I will still add a Reefbrite to the Hybrid because it is the best dawn to dusk with dimming module!
Warning be careful adding Reefbrites and start out with a few hours a day, I put them on my 12 hour light cycle on my frag and peeled 3 acros the first day. They are much stronger than the par shows and the dimmer module is a safe upgrade.
