Pretty much the ato reservoir is above your sump and will trickle into your sump when the float goes down with the water level in your sump. No switches or pumps.

no pump, you can use any pump you want that fit your budget. $30 for ato and other $20+/- total $50. one pretty awesome reliable inexpensive ato

This would work if you go with Autotopoff. Then you can use an aqua lifter pump to hook up to the relay plug.
