I guess I should say hello outside of the classified forums.
My family and I just moved back to Cali, Long Beach specifically after 12 years in Portland, Oregon.
I have been in the hobby since 2001, and for the first time in 18 years not had a tank running for the last 4 months. Weird thing, house was quiet and there has been money in my pocket. Can't have that, new build thread to come soon for my lil 50g (until I get something big going).
If my user name sounds familiar I have been around for quite some time. I hung out on Seahorse.org for many years and was a volunteer with the Pacific Northwest Marine Aquarium Society for 9 years, even serving as president.
I keep mostly mixed reef tanks, but I have kept seahorse tanks and marine planted tanks in the past as well. New tank will be a SPS/LPS tank.
I'm hoping to meet some cool new people and make friends with some fellow nerds in the club.
I will be at Reef A Palooza this weekend too. See you guys there.
