Looking for some wrasses and anthias for my tanks. I'll be at max and will be looking for some nice wrasses. Ie flames, lineatous, nahacki, labouti etc.
Plus some anthias as well.

Let me know experiences and places you got some of yours from.
Thanks,
Derek

I wouldn't use tongs unless you have a decent qt. just my opinion though. I'd also say to call ahead though

I always hear this about tongs but I never had an issue with the fish I buy there. I would never buy from reef raft. Every time I have gone there tons of fish are dead. They were covered in this white stringy filament material. I have gone several times and without question the tanks are full of dead fish. last time i was there was December 2012.

Coral oasis is right next to the fairgrounds. Doesn't hurt to stop by there. They do carry wrasses and live stock looks decent

Is Age of Aquariums going to be at MAX? It seems to me they usually are and are one of the few vendors who bring fish. It may be worth it to give them a call ahead of time and see if they could get something for you.

I would also call Mike at Socal Tropical and Ali at Amazing Aquariums and Reefs. They may be able to get what you need as well.
