Im setting a cadlight biopellets and using Dr. Tim's pearl's. Anyone know if the the pearls should settle after it gets soaked? I have in the rector for over an hour and it still suspended at the top of the reactor. Also should the water level be completely filled. Any help is greatly appreciated and if anyone is near Anaheim and want to swing by that be awesome too..

lower the water pump pressure until the pellets settle down and then slowly ramp up until you reach desired tumble rate/flow.

You can try that. Also, it says to start out slow with a small amount of pellets and ramp it up to where you want it.

Soaking them helps a little but I will take a few days in the reactor before they will stay on the bottom. This is normal and you will need to slow the flow and turn it off and on a few times the first week to get them all on the bottom of the reactor.
