Biota Mandarin for $50 at Coral Gazers

Stopped by and they have four mandarins for $50 each. Captive bred, that's a really dam good deal

I got a pair a long time ago, male and female and they are now 8 months old. Pretty nice size and color now

Biota mandarins mostly eat extra small TDO pellets

My pair don't eat frozen but they do eat a lot of pellets

I always loved mandarins. I will have to seriously consider getting a pair.

Why do you say they're not for large tanks? Will they be bullied? Is the flow too high?

I have a 130ish tank and I can see the reasoning behind it. When I got my first pair the male was attacked by the shrimp and some of my eviota gobies. The female was completely lost and I thought she was dead till I saw her 2 months later alive and a bit bigger

I was there Saturday towards closing time and they don't open Sunday so I'm guessing they should still have them
