I'd love to buy it, but I've kinda become accustomed to oxygen. If I told the wife I spent the morgage payment on a skimmer, oxygen would be a precious commodity!!!

Take me 3yrs of saving to be able to buy the skimmer. As long as she doesn't know and it doesn't affect the well-being of your family. I don't see why not. but if you take your morgage money for the skimmer, that is a big no no.

It rated for 750-1000+g heavy load, 1 Reddragon 2500 pump produce 3000+ ltr of air per hour @ 68W. The KEY WORD is 68W for 1000g system. The protein skimmer build out of 1/4" thick cast acrylic 14"OD 31" over all. It is my short and fat baby

there is some info on the different models.. I think this could handle 500 gallons heavy stocked.. I think these skimmers may even be underrated.
