blue spots on yellow tang

Any idea what blue spots on my yellow tang can be? Could find nothing online researching it.

Are you sure there blue not white like ich post pics that's the best way I identify. Also did you look up flukes always a possibility.

it's black ick
does it look like this?
cleaner wrasse and cleaner shrimp will make fast work of it.
