Haha, I usually never look at the comments on my posts but Im glad I looked at this one. Its funny how some people like to post far fetched speculation without ever even seeing what I have. The truth is that I have bought many frags from Wet Thumb who uses these square plugs and recycle plugs because I frag a lot of my stuff. The square ones are the first ones I get rid of because I dont like them. Feel free though to keep posting because it is rather amusing to read.

the square plugs with the stem in the corner are made specifically for an LA area wholesaler. Ironically, they sell and farm all the same corals that you're selling. Same size frags too......

Any pics of the colonies?

I don't understand what the fuss is all about. I've bought from Aaron before and all my corals are doing great. Just go and check out his tank, you won't be disappointed.

The point is that if he's buying from the wholesalers and selling on the forum he should pay to advertise like the other sponsors do. This is the reason so many business are going under lately, guys that don't own businesses are getting into the wholesalers and undercutting those that are trying to make a living, that play by the rules and sponsor the forum in order to sell their RETAIL corals....

That's why I don't sponsor this forum, half of the 'hobbyists' here buy their corals from the wholesalers. WT F is the point?

well the only reason i started coming to this site is to find stuff for sale. like most people here i don't have the cash to buy sps sticks for $60-100 each like a lot of stores sell them. for a half inch frag mind you. i know they have bigger over head but that's the way supply and demand works. why pay you more when i can find it somewhere else cheaper. with things becoming more and more common the fish stores are the last to adjust the prices. some people build up "brand name" corals but in reality its the same as everything else out there for a fraction of the cost. the "big stores" are playing the economy game so why shouldn't the consumers?

dont get me wrong i love going to my fish stores but the only ones i support are the ones that dont rip me off. i buy 80% of everything i get from mystic reef because i get more bang for my buck and Jeremy earned my return business that way. i laugh at some stores and walk out the door when i see their prices. might fool some people, but wont fool the real reefs that you want in your store in the first place.

where was i going with this............... off the soap box now.

A little late but lets keep the discussions off these selling threads...
I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt that these are homegrown

A lot of drama right now....on a lot of threads... its just a hobby for most of us, and if you enjoy and use this place, pay the TWO BUCKS per month. Just because one guy is an established retailer doesn't mean all other guys cant have fun too. it is what it is alot of time and effort goes into buying and selling; I love going to retailers, everyone wants to be one and do well at it, we all know its tough but that's the way it is California, its competitive. just enjoy the hobby, no need to be so dramatic about stuff, that goes for all threads...
