I used to sell this ripstik like waveboard (they are not offical ripstik waveboard; the quality of this board is even better; the wheel base has been reinforced so it is more sturdy). I imported them directly from Taiwan and I sold a few hundreds of these on ebay for 39.99 + 15.00 shipping last Christmas.
They are all in a box and come with many accessories (instructional CD rom, practice cones, hex wrench, and flashing LED wheels)
