I bought a piece of live rock which had some on it, now they are all over my tank,
What is the best way to get rid of them? any fish or inverts that will eat them?

Emerald crabs are hit or miss. I have one in my nano and it is doing a great job. On the other hand, I had some in my main display and they were climbing on my sps corals and chowing down. So out they went. They are easy to catch so monitor if your going emerald crab route.

I also used a 3/8" airline tubing and attached it to a rodi size tubing. I cut the rodi tubing so it is sharp on one end. I manually removed as much as I can during WC. It's been working great for me.
