I recently purchased/hooked up a Current USA Nova Pro Exterme 6x54w fixture. The fixture came with 3 10k bulbs and 3 460nm bulbs. When I turned it on it is almost like a bright white. I would like to see the tank a little more of a darker blue; however, I do not want it too be too dark. I am thinking of taking out two of the 10k bulbs and putting in an ATI Purple Plus and an Aquablue Special.
What do you guys think?
This combo would be:
3x 460nm bulbs
1x 10k bulb
1x Aquablue Special
1x Purple Plus
but open to suggestions of other bulbs as well
