Also check for any debris on the gasket. Try a little Vaseline on it as well. Do not over tighten. If that doesn't work replace it

I did nothing all clean. I'll try Vaseline. So how tight does it need to be?

what the hoarder said.

you DID place the gasket on the wet-side of the bulkhead assembly, right?

you really shouldn't be getting ANY leaks at that low pressure.
Yes I did. Except return line but that's not the one leaking. It's the drain.

was the bulkhead sized correctly? if you have a 2" hole, and you use a 1.75" bulkhead, it will technically fit, but it won't work correctly. i think a pic is needed with the bulkhead off, and placed next to the hole for us to see.

Maybe the gasket is old. When I've taken out old bulkheads the gaskets were a bit disformed. Your best solution is to just buy a new bulkhead.

well, first off, looks like the return BH is upside down. but you're saying that's not leaking. I'd still reverse that if you can. the bulkheads should be set in such a way, that the threaded part points DOWNWARD, and the nut is threaded upward into the tank.

order should be like this
[top of tank]
[threaded part of bulkhead]
[gasket]
[hole in tank]
[BH retainer nut]
