Can I put effluent line from a calcium reactor to ozone port in my Vertex's skimmer? is there any benefit of doing this if it can be done?

I wouldn't. Would u really want that calcium rich water going through that pump and causing calcium build up in the motor block and around the impeller quicker. Plus you would be skimming out any essential elements that would be come out of the media as it dissolves.
My effluent drops in the sump a few inches away from my return pump so that the calcium rich water goes in the tank.

You can, and I know somebody who did it to try and scrub off excess co2. The problem is, you can't check if your calcium reactor is dripping or not.
