I live on a small apartment and I have no tools. I have a lead on a few 48"x12"x12" tanks and I was wondring if someone would be willing to make a a multi tier stand, with enough space for a light above each tank. It doesnt need to look good, just something out of 2x4 and/or 4x4s. It would likely have two of these tanks and a sump underneath. If you are handy or can handle this project LMK what you think as far as cost and time frame. Thanks.
