You can dip the coral in coral revive or another comparable solution. While dipping the coral use a turkey baster to blow water on the coral. Most nudi branches should fall off but the nudi eggs will not.
WOW! good luck on it i always dip all my corals and i also take the plug out and install a new one i then put the frag on a separate tank for about 2 -3 months then when i feel confident about it i put it in my main display. good luck!
