Have a tub of sand and then just observe for disease. I typically do a round or two of prazipro if they're eating just for good measure. But overall, observation is key.

whats the signs of disease besides ich and those other stuff?

how long you do it for?
Signs would be twitching, cloudy eyes and marks on body, rapid breathing. The first week I don't do anything but observe and make sure I get them eating. Then I do a very low dose of copper for the following 6 weeks. Also I do pazipro for about two weeks. Also be sure to add metro and focus with selcon and garlic to the food after you have eating well. This really will cover most things.

I have my whole tank, including my rhomboids in copper right now. I had a couple people swear by Copper Power for wrasses. I'm almost 2 weeks into treatment and still going good. Ich was plaguing my system and I just got fed up. Otherwise I wouldnt have risked it

If something does pop up and you use CopperPower just note it's affective dose is 2.5. Most kits only go to 1.0. I had to order a Hanna high range kit, only thing I could find.

I have many wrasses. Yellow Coris, 3 Malanares, 3 leopard wrasse, 2 cleaner wrasse,Naoko's, Six line wrasse, Red head wrasse spread out in two tanks. Never quarantined. Always do a drip acclimation. I add garlic to most all feedings. Never have had ich. I've been doing this for 21 months. Lost one wrasse when it did a carpet dive.
I didn't add them all at once. I don't have the patients to buy a fish and then qt it.

20-25 wrasses currently.
1 week observation period, the 2 full(7 day) rounds of prazi. Then into an acclimation box in the DT for a few days
