Chaeto, 'pods and some live sand

Hi,

I am setting up a refugium and I want to know if anybody local has some chaeto, some live sand and some pods they could spare to help me set up my refugium. If you do and are willing to help me out please let me know how much you want for them.

I am in Downey/Bell Gardens area.
