I recently bought some DI Resin to refill one of my filter cartridges from there. When I tried to refill it, the amount that they sold me wasnt enough to fill the cartridge. I notified them and they promptly mailed me another bag of resin and some fish food for free. GREAT customer service, will be returning soon.:top:
