Some cool guy hit me up a couple weeks ago wanting me to cut him some frags, then wanted them to heal for 2 weeks, then promptly ghosted me at the 2 week mark lol, so some cheap hardy acro frags

pickup in Redlands 92374 or I think there’s a scmas meeting this week? I could meet there. At the meeting. Not down the street. Not at your house “nearby”. Not at any gd location other than the IHOP in Santa Ana 🤬😂

Pics under ab+ with a brownish filter. I can provide pics of colonies and under blues if people want

vivid rainbow delight $15 mostly green and purple but the tips can get some pink. I think there’s more colors to unlock here but I run high nutrients which doesn’t seem like the ticket for maximum colors

Definitely not ORA Pearlberry $10. I got this as ORA Pearlberry but it’s definitely not. So it is definitely not Ora Pearlberry. It’s legit black or maybe a super deep purple with kind of Aqua new growth. I like it but I like weirdo corals, it’s not my only black acro 😃

Green slimer $10
Purple stylo $10
Classics, super hardy and great color

Katrapora $15
PC rainbow $20
Katrapora is similar to the vivid rainbow but the purple is nicer I’d say. I get no daytime pe but the polyps are really nice purple. Pc rainbow is a classic, I have it in like 3 spots in my tank. High light it’s all red, medium it’s a mix of rainbow, lower light it’s like a yellow

BC spice lab nasuta $10
Garf bonsai $5
The nasuta is a fixer upper, I got it like a year ago and it didn’t do much in my tank. Encrusted a bit but stopped growing when the upscales microclados started running it over. When it was happier it had a burnt orange thing going on under blues. The bonsai is tiny unfortunately but it has grown fast for me. Definitely another classic even if you run blue only light

Green anacropora $10 super bright green, super hardy, super fast growing

Blue tip tenuis $10. When it was smaller it was like all blue with the nice blue and yellow tips but as it got bigger it took on kind of a gray base. Super hardy, the colony fell off the rock awhile ago and is just sitting in the sand lol, the immortal tenuis

RR the vinh $15. Creamy white base light purple radial corallites and bright purple polyps. This and katrapora definitely make me wish I got that daytime pe lol

Tricolor valida $15 bright purpleyblue tips forest green base with bright green polyps, grows super fast, super hardy

I also need to trim my green birdsnest a bit so if people buy something I’d be happy to cut a piece

And ngl I’m tired of the frag rack in my tank so I’d like to get that done, wink wink. Buy something and I’ll probably include at least something else if not a couple something elses

when the upscales microclados started running it over.
If you ever frag that Upscales Microcloados I would love a piece. Upscales is the shop I went to for 12 years when I was in Portland, and I haven't seen that piece down here since I moved here. Also Upscales is the one that imported the Oregon Tort.

Fantastic shop. It'd be a cool thing/memory for me to see in my tank.

Same reason I am looking for a Leng Sy Cap. I am Sentimental.

Hit the pancake with the flathead end of a screwdriver. Like a stabbing motion. Make a few nicks in it. It will start growing branches up from each nick.
yeah i've heard of that trick

i kinda did, it's actually in the first picture of this thread on the right. it came as a frag on a frag plug, so i chopped off the branches after it had encrusted a ton, essentially trying the stabbing trick, and it has yet to do much other than heal and encrust more lol

Just wanted to say that it's been a bit since I was able to snag frags from matt and they're doing great! Really nice, generous frags and more than fair price plus the frag plugs had to be some of the cleanest I've ever gotten; not new plugs but clean. Will definitely be looking out for possible future frags especially that awesome oregon tort that I got to see. Thanks again!
