Chiller Cleaning & Service, how to empty reservoir?

This might be a stupid question, but how do you guys empty the water left in your JBJ chillers? I need to replace the probe in mine and wasn't sure what the best way to empty out the reservoir. I remember something about not tipping over refrigerators, does the same apply to chillers?

Well..when i bought my chiller there was still water in it. The guys just dumped it all out by turning it over!

Use your mouth or an air compressor and blow into the inlet Should push the water out

I blew most of the water out but there is still some left. Guess I'll just have to try for myself. I'll post if I have anything any issues.
