Clean diamond skimmer that comes with the 50 gallon cube thoughs

I'm planning on getting a 50 gallon clear diamond cube setup and just wanted to ge some thoughts one the skimmer it comes with. Good skimmer or upgrade?

Great skimmer once it breaks in... I upgraded mine since I had it already from my 75g tear down. It really depends on your live stock I guess...

I've heard it's ok, but if u are going with a big bio load, or want to run an SPS dominant tank, I'd look into the swc120 or a nac7 or something a little bigger then that skimmer. If ur planning on a normal bio load and Lps/soft corals then u should be fine.

If this is your first reef tank, I'd start off with the stock skimmer. Then as u aquire more corals/fish u can upgrade your skimmer. U might find out that the stock skimmer will work fine.

It's not my first reef tank. Ive keeped sps before. It's just that I'm not sure if I should even buy that skimmer or just go for a bigger skimmer
