usually they will only pair up so you will only have two at a station but you could probably have 2-3 pairs of them. I would try to introduce them at one time so they all seek out their own little "station" and dont beat each other up.
oh, and don't purchase them as "pairs" from LFS or online as they are usually much more expensive than they need to be. I have kept around 4 pairs and have all paired them myself but just adding them to the tank.
Slightly off topic but... will the size matter when pairing them? I just lost my solo cleaner shrimp and was looking to replace with a pair (stupid idiot tried to clean the inside of a powerhead:bawling.

i already have one, and a mated pair of fire shrimp, but i hardly ever see them, they hide allthe time : / i wish i would have known that even a pair like that would hide before i spent $25 on each one!!!!
I ended up only getting one (for $12) because that is all they had at Aquarium Depot. The new stuff came in tonight so I'll go back for another in a day or two.
yeah i am def. heading there cause i save like $8 per shrimp when you buy it there as opposed to buying them from other stores ya know?
next time i get some more money thats def. where i am headed!
Glad to hear it, Aquarium Depot is my new favorite LFS. Maybe I'll see you there some time. Everything I've gotten has been as good or better than stuff from other places and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
Ive heard to get cleaner shrimp when they are small beacause they are full of energy, and as they grow the more lazy they get. Mine have calmed down in the last year and a half
yeah i have heard that too, but the small ones are harder to see and most def. get lost in a 215 gallon aquarium, i would rather get a few, maybe med. sized one so they still have energy, but arent too small!
yeah if ypu dpnt buy that day and they tell you a price one day three days later we cant do it at this prices it was my favorite until that happened to me twice oh by the way ost aquarium guy named joe is giving hella good deals dandros frag 30 bucks pretty cheap on is corals
