I recently just started dosing Dr.Tim's waste away to fight what look like cyano/brown algae. i started light with half dose then went up to 75% and 2 days later i did a full dose well needless to say the algae is gone but my tank is cloudy and my sps look like they are stressing i did a large 75% water change and my skimmer is going crazy taking stuff out of the system i really hope i dont lose anything 2 of my sps are begininng to lose color. i think the product works i just didnt follow directions and possibly over dosed it

I'd do a few smaller water changes, more frequently if your sps continue to stress and get worse. Take it slow, a 75% water change may have added some stress to the system if it stripped it of nutrients, or swung your parameters a bit.

If your running a skimmer Id run it wet for a few days. I'm not sure how bad your algae issue was, but if it was a decent amount and all died off quickly that could definitely pissy some sps off.

Just keep in mind sps take a while to recover, as long as they aren't declining quickly over the next few days I would do anything drastic.

Did the tank get cloudy before or after the water change?

If after... maybe you had a huge bacteria bloom? I wonder if the could have made the skimmer go nuts.
