what kind of clowns do you have now Armando? hopefully the ones you have aren't too aggressive and territorial, otherwise they will pester and possibly kill any newcomers. In my experience, TRUE wild-caught percs are best for what you're looking for.

maroon clown?

I have a pair, and they host 2 RBTA's and 1 condy in my tank..they don't discriminate, they whore around to different anemones depending on what time of day it is :)

Don't get a maroon, they're jerks. I got lucky all 4 clowns host my nems. What I did is buy my clowns as a "mated pair". Idk if this had anything to do with it, but my clowns love my nems and have hosted them as soon as I put them in. (within the first day). I would try buying a pair that's already mated and see if that helps. O and I have 2 black and white occelarris and 2 reg occelarris They all get along too

Do you have any other clowns with the maroons?
no I don't, only the maroon pair in there..

but I do have alot of small fish with the pair, and they don't bug any of them, even newcomers that I add..

I have a bunch of fairy wrasses, a mystery wrasse and 2 small angels, all about the same or smaller size than my maroon and they don't cause any trouble. :elefant:

if ur gonna try more clowns get another pair and during the day float them in the tank in a specimen container and introduce them during lights out....it'll reduce hostility....OR..just put ur current clowns in a basket with the nem so they basically HAVE to go into the nem
