Should I add proven mated pair with my bonded pair how do I see signs of aggression?

How big is your tank? If its big enough it might be do able but you would see the aggression right away. The more dominant pair will chase the others body check and bite them until they cant fight anymore. It's really kinda gruesome to watch.

It's a 55g i will observe them tomorrow since I am just introducing them and will not release yet.

If not I will put them in the 40g sump until I finish cycling my 20g

I wouldn't risk it but might be OK temporarily. I think your tank is too small for multiple pairs.

Don't do it! You're setting yourself up for WW3. I've never heard of this ending well (esp. in anything smaller than a 250gal tank)...The dominant pair will most likely fight the perceived threat & you run the risk of losing a pair. I say put them in your sump til other tank is cycled. Good luck!
