I own the website FragSwap.com but just don't have the time to maintain it right now. Things have come up with work that makes it impossible for me to dedicate any time to the site.

The site has a custom built backend to manage banner advertising, users, and trades. Yet the site is completely self sufficient and can run in autopilot. While posted items to the site are completely free to the users there is an income stream from both those who upgrade their listings and from any ad space you sell. The system has an advertiser's interface where your sponsors can monitor their ad performance while the site admin can set limits on the number of hits when selling space by usage.

What's included:
- Domain name FragSwap.com
- Site software and custom interface, images, and database.
- Built in chat module
- Forum (currently disabled)
- First month of dedicated hosting (you can stay or move it to your own).
- Animated banner (see signature) plus sponsorship here on RD, paid thru 8/2010.
- The entire business, not just a domain name.

The site has massive potential but I just can't dedicate any time to it right now. The domain name has a #1 placement on Google for the main keyword "frag swap" and is probably one of the most recognizable phrases in the hobby. Adding affiliate or adsense advertising could would mean an instant ROI. The interface makes it easy to run with no website knowledge however, it the buyer wants to do any major customizing then they should have some familiarity with websites (or have help from those who are web-savvy). Otherwise you could run it as-is, and with a little promotion make it big! The site would also be ideal for anyone passionate about the reef hobby or even a shop or site wanting to expand their reach.

I'm willing to take a loss on the site just to make sure it does not fade away. Asking $1700 - a fraction of what was spent developing the backend interface.
OR... Another option would be to sublet out the site if putting up the initial investment is too much. The buyer would lease the site from me and just make monthly payments while they make all the revenue. I could even set up a "rent-to-own" option. I'm completely flexible and would like to see the site be successful.

If this site is of interest to you please PM or email me and we can talk.
