LoL! no VIP area, everyone is equal here. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. Weird u say we have nothing ur looking for??? Yet uve PM'd me about a dozen items we have at the store and we were cheaper than anyone around, so u had me reserve u corals to pick up, no deposit required, I held multiple items for you for days, then weeks, and u never showed up to pick them up or call?? Uve been to the store a dozen times? If so, how do u miss over 1,000 frags in a 18'ft 1,480gal system right in the middle of the store!? U must not hav been to the right store... We have common to ultra rare high end, cheap to expensive, If u didnt find anything, u didnt look around! Lol If u didnt know what u were looking for, all u had to do was say something when asked if u needed help. One of our experienced employees would have helped u out, no problem. We have acros, montis, zoas, palys, acans, chalices, softies, etc.... ALL for $5 and up, thats not cheap enough?? If uve been to the store, ud know we have eveything for the beginners to the expert hobbyist!

yes you guys do have nice stuff but I guess just not what I'm looking for......I would have picked up the orange fungia from you if you post a picture....but since you were adamant about not posting a picture I bought it from Nick "addicted to coral" yesterday instead....so if you have great service I would imagine accomodating my simple request for a picture would be easy enough for you to do....oh well you have many other customers so 1 shouldn't hurt your business....
All I'm saying is if you were kinda notorious for backing out of stuff, I might not go out of my way to get a picture for you either. Plus how many times have you heard pics don't do justice. Its all good. They are a great store. Always have nice stuff, and in my honest opinion the best store around.
I have to admit yes I am notorious for wanting stuff and not picking it up right away...but hey my life doesn't revolve around other people schedule and I have the money to spend so it doesn't matter who sells it to me if they do what I want I'll pay them their money...but if they don't oh well they won't get my money simple as that....
