You are talking abt ur crazy power brown tang. My adult size hippo blue tang is even worst. He splashes water every freaking where with his tail after each feeding everyday. I am so piss off that I have to change the feeding times, early in the morning or late in the evening when there is no light or low light.

I was trying to net him out for nearly two hours unsuccessfully and even worst, some of my aquascape collapsed. Sounds stupid, but ya. My hippo blue tang piss me off, lol.

So the closer I get the bigger his own reflection is getting and that's why he does that?

Even if I am sitting back and he makes eye contact he does this.

Not sure if the reflection theory is true but it has merit good sir!

If you want to prove the reflections theory wrong, just look at the tank from the top down. If he attacks the top of the water it is you. If he does not, then you are just the wall that blocks the incoming light to create the reflection I mean he loves you!

Yes, you have conditioned him like the classic pavlovian fish. He will be eating out if your hand soon. Thats when you take your new apprentice down the dark side, turn him into a ruthless attack fish. I did that, pitbulls off the leash cross to the other side of the street & nobody messes with me now.

I want to see a full tank shot.

I don't think they're seeing their own reflection. I had a large mouth bass in a tank before. Did the same thing. Hold anything orange anywhere in the livingroom and it went nutty. Swimming so hard against the glass water would flow over the top of the back trying to get to what it thought was feeders.
Be several feet away from tank. Throw something orange across room and it would swim across tank from one end to the other chasing it?
