Was just wondering what people use to cover their rimless cubes. It just seems like a cover would take away from the beauty of the aquarium, just so clunky. Any ideas?

bend yourself some acrylic for clips, then get yourself a nice piece of 1/4" acrylic and you are done. if done right, you will get a nice recess lid and know would you have a cover/lid

I would love to do that but i feel like its not just community being peaceful as it could be a doc bark or a car back firing and boom that wrasse is a goner

I don't think their that sensitive honestly! I have 2 dogs and my neighbor has a big *** dog, that doesn't seem to disturb it at all. I was setting off mortars in front of my house on the 4th and no jumpers either, that one would of done it if anything lol. All my current fish get along flawless, 0 aggression.

That is easier said than done though.

For the most part my fish get along, but come feeding time... one of the wrasses hits my net almost every time.

My wrasses don't startle that easy, I can stick my hands in the tank and they'll keep swimming normally or just move over to opposite end. Feeding time they all swim out to the front, no fighting. I think the problem is we all tend to break the rules when it comes to fish, I think if we all followed their requirements to the T, fish mortality in the hobby would be lower in general. I tried to force a tang in my tank and that didn't work out too well lol I almost got another simply because it was already living in a tank smaller than mime and figured it would be ok. Glad I didn't make that mistake twice

I'm just paranoid, just takes one time. I once had a huge unicorn tang jump. I'll never know why but gotta think he got spooked.

Yea I know there's always that chance, that's why I reduced the aggression to 0 so that I know that will at least minimize the possibility. If one of them happens to jump for whatever reason, its still a chance I'm willing to take. I have a set of those acrylic screen tabs if you want them I'll let you have them if your ever in my area. I believe I got them for 10mm glass, if you can use em their yours. I was going to put a cover originally lol

I actually may take you up on that. Plus that will give me a chance to check out the Lightning. I'll text you, I may be down your way this weekend.
