Custom Stand

Was not sure if this was the best place to post, but I ordered a custom wood stand from Val’s Aquarium Stands snd Canopies (he advertises on Craigslist a lot). It seems he has issues lately and may have scammed me as I paid half up front and weeks after it was supposed to be completed, he has not produced that finished product. Only given excuse after excuse.
I am now looking for somewhere to get a 36x30 wood stand and canopy. Anyone know of a reasonable and reliable place? I might consider metal too so toss those places into the mix here too please.

I found someone in my area and still have not heard from Val after he was supposed to deliver my stand and canopy yesterday (making up for the 2hr trip I made last weekend and it wasn’t ready).

Okay...in all fairness to Val, he did get back in touch this evening. Lots of details that I won’t bring up here, but we worked something out that works for me, so we are all good now. I will try to get pics up this weekend and if everything looks good, he has my support again, but he’s gonna hear more about how important communication is. 😀
