It is quite an unusual sps. The color is dramatic. I think I've had mine between a year to two. You can see the frag grew over the plug and encrusted onto the rockscape I had planned to eventually cut off the the plug from the rockscape but the growth is so slow I doubt I'll frag it at all unless it somehow takes off on me. I really wished this porite branched because it would be awesome. Mine is attached sideways and placed in a very unobtrusive location. My mistake, I did t know it would be so bright and cool looking. When I bought, I had never seen one before and thought it pretty unusual. I'll occasionally see a for sale thread on a forum but not too often. It's interesting to see pricing on this, because usually slow growers are expensive but I guess demand has never been high for this unusual coral
